BEFORE WE ARRIVE

Important details.

1

Clear & ready

Have the delivery area and the entire path to it clear and ready before we arrive.

2

Make room overhead

Trim back limbs along the building’s travel path to provide 13 feet of overhead clearance.

3

Pets safely put away

Please put pets away before we arrive and keep them secured during delivery for the driver’s safety.

4

Leveling your building

We will level the building up to 2 feet using blocking and treated shims as necessary for the doors and windows to function. At least one runner must touch the ground.

5

A gravel pad is optional

Gravel pads are nice, but they are not required. If you choose a gravel pad, follow the preparation details below.

6

Call or text us if you are unsure about your yard, access, weather, or site preparation. We’ll talk through it with you.

A SOLID START

Gravel pads.

A gravel pad is a nice option for your shed, but it is not required.

4–5 inchesthick
1 footextra on every side

Make the pad one foot wider than the building on all sides—that means adding two feet to the building’s overall width and length.

Always use crushed stone. Limestone is best. Do not use river rock or pea gravel.
